CRAFT FAIR GUIDELINES:
SPACE SIZES: CREDIT UNION PLACE HAS 6' TABLES, 2 CHAIRS AND CORNWALL APM CENTRE HAS 8 FOOT TABLES, 2 CHAIRS. PLEASE KEEP DISPLAYS WITHIN THAT SPACE AND DO NOT EXTEND FRONT INTO AISLE. THE MURPHY CENTRE IS A 8' X 30" TABLE AND INCLUDES 2 CHAIRS. DO NOT EXTEND FRONT INTO AISLE. SET UP TIMES WILL BE CONFIRMED THE WEEK OF EVENT. TABLE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED. PLEASE REMAIN SET UP UNTIL FAIR IS OVER, THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST! CANTEEN WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE MURPHY CENTRE AND CREDIT UNION PLACE. BOTTLED WATER AND SNACKS PROVIDED AT THE APM CENTRE NAME TAGS WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO VENDORS (ONE PIN ON AND ONE STICK ON PER VENDOR) WE WILL PRINT ALL NAME TAGS WITH BUSINESS NAME UNLESS ASKED DIFFERENTLY IN ADVANCE. WE ARE LIMITING TO 2 PEOPLE PER TABLE, OTHERS PAY ADMITTANCE. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A NAME TAG TO ASSIST WORKERS AT THE DOOR IN RECOGNIZING THEM. ANYONE DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP ITEMS FROM VENDORS WILL NEED TO PAY ADMITTANCE OR BE MET AT THE DOOR. WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO SITUATE YOU AWAY FROM SCENTS IF WE ARE TOLD IN ADVANCE BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WITH THE SCENTED OILS AND CANDLES THAT ARE AT THESE FAIRS WE CANNOT ELIMINATE THE SCENTS ALTOGETHER. ALSO IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF YOU COULD REFRAIN FROM WEARING SCENTS ESPECIALLY STRONG PERFUMES. WE ONLY PERMIT ONE NAMED BUSINESS PER BOOTH. YOU HAVE TO ONLY BRING IN WHAT YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR AND IT IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE IF YOU ARE A NAMED BUSINESS (I.E. AVON, YOUNG LIVING ETC YOU ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO HAVE THAT AT YOUR BOOTH, YOU CANNOT HAVE BOTH CRAFTS AND BUSINESS) WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY IN PLACE AND BECAUSE OF THE FACT WE ALWAYS HAVE A CANCELLATION LIST FOR EACH FAIR WE DO NOT ALLOW VENDORS TO SELL OR GIVE THEIR TABLES AWAY IN THE EVENT THEY HAVE TO CANCEL. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL GO THROUGH US ONLY! PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IS A MUST AND CANNOT BE ADJUSTED AFTER REGISTRATION AS IT IS TOO CONFUSING FOR FLOOR PLANS AND OTHER BOOKINGS. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM or EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WE WILL BE RESCHEDULE OR TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER FAIR AND HOPE THAT IT SUITS EVERYONE INVOLVED. NO REFUNDS PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN YOUR REGISTRATION FORM WITHOUT THE PAYMENT. WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT A TRANSFER WITHOUT THE FORM AND VICE VERSA AND IF ANOTHER VENDOR BOOKS IN WITH BOTH WE HAVE TO GO WITH THAT VENDOR. WE DO NOT HOLD ONTO REGISTRATION FORMS AND PLEASE BE ADVISED WE ALWAYS SEND OUT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR RECEIPT WITHIN 24 HOURS AND IF YOU DON'T GET ONE PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO CONFIRM.
